We have disbursed a business loan to a Singapore company operating in a distressed industry sector. Approval, documentation and disbursements was completed within three business days.

We have also helped a local property developer when it purchased an overseas property. While one of its main bankers had approved the loan, documentation and drawdown was subject to satisfactory documentation including a legal mortgage. As this would have taken at least three months, the developer had to come out with additional cash to exercise the option to purchase or risked losing the property.  LiShaoCai provided the bridging loan to complete the option and was repaid when the mortgage finally was completed.
